CCC ONE has now partnered with Elitek Vehicle Services for our Remote Services!

For customers who have our Remote Device, you can now use your CCC ONE accounts to save you time while streamlining processes and documentation!

Elitek Vehicle Services can provide Pre/Post scan, Calibration Services, Programming, Fast response times, Master certified techs, Repair Planning, and Faster cycle times. Watch this video to see how our Remote Device works!

Simple instructions to activate Elitek in the CCC ONE settings:

Login at cccone.com
Select the Diagnostic Connections Tile
Click “+ Add” and select Elitek from drop-down menu.
Select Elitek from the Connection Type drop list.
Open a recent invoice document from your email.
Enter the number listed in the Invoice # field from your invoice in the Elitek Invoice Number field in CCC.
Important: Do not enter the number listed in the file name of the invoice document, this is the order number.
Click OK to continue.
Next, you will be required to read and accept the Terms of Use. Check the box when ready then click the I ACCEPT button.
You are then returned to the Add page with the new device displayed.

Customer plugs in device
Initiate contact with Elitek (phone, or chat)

02 Remote Technician Starts Scan

Starts/completes the pre-post/remote scan procedure
Communicates with the customer through a process

03 Mobile Service (If Needed)

Vehicle fixed 1-2 business days
