Elitek Vehicle Services can provide Pre/Post scan, Calibration Services, Programming, Fast response times, Master certified techs, Repair Planning, and Faster cycle times. Watch this video to see how our Remote Device works!

Simple instructions to activate your Elitek device in the CCC ONE settings:

Login at cccone.com
Go to settings and click on “Scan Devices” tile.
Click “+ Add” and select Elitek from drop-down menu.
Read the terms and select “I ACCEPT.”
From there, just start scanning!

01 Service Initiation

Customer plugs in device
Initiate contact with Elitek (phone, or chat)

02 Remote Technician Starts Scan

Starts/completes the pre-post/remote scan procedure
Communicates with the customer through a process

03 Mobile Service (If Needed)

Vehicle fixed 1-2 business days
