I just wanted to reach out and give some positive feedback on your programmer thus far. We've only had the opportunity to use it on one medium duty Transmission and one ABS sensor, but from Tech feedback, it is a breeze to use and does the job very well. In the past its taken us longer amounts of time to program the transmissions with the programmers provided, but with this Elitek it seems to cut programming time nearly in half and makes setup very easy! Elitek stopped into Tampa Hybrids to introduce their services that they provide. I happened to have a vehicle that that the dealer said had a wiring issue and needed a $3,000 harness. I asked Coy to see what he could do, and within two hours Coy had traced the wiring and diagnosed the problem down to a faulty $200 internal junction/fuse block behind the dash. After we ordered the part, Coy returned and replaced the junction block, as well as performed a quick front radar calibration. We now have a vehicle that will be moving to our front lot to be sold to another happy Toyota Hybrid customer!

I am so pleased with Elitek Vehicle Services! The Remote Scanning Device has saved me time and money. My normal procedure would be to schedule a programmer to come out, which took 1 or 2 days after the vehicle was finished. The cost for programmers is between $250 to $298 each time they came out. And if something was not connected and they were not able to program the vehicle, I would still be charged a $50 service charge. Now with the Elitek Remote Scanning Device, as soon as a vehicle is ready for programing it takes 15 to 30 min. Money that I save on every scan is around $125-$175 each time I use it. The tool is easy to set up and very user-friendly. The staff on the other end doing the programming are knowledgeable and ready to help. I will tell everyone that I meet if they are calling someone out to do programing STOP right now and order the remote Scanner from Elitek!!! Thanks Brandi for being an amazing salesperson.
